This website is operated by Kawaii Zen. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Kawaii Zen. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms.

  • Nature of Goods: We sell curated items including coloring books, yoga accessories, and camping gear. Many of our products are sourced directly from Japan or international suppliers.
  • Appearance: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Shipping and Delivery (Dropshipping Clause)

  • Shipping Times: Because our products are often shipped directly from international manufacturers, shipping times may vary between 2–4 weeks. The dates provided at checkout are estimates only.
  • Separate Packages: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Crucial Notice: You (the buyer) are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees incurred when the package reaches your destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Change of Mind: Due to the international nature of our logistics, we do not accept returns for "change of mind."

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

7. Limitation of Liability
